What warranty do you provide in Australia?

All LED display products supplied and installed by Sunlight Digital in Australia come with a 12-month local warranty, starting from the date of installation completion and client acceptance.

Yes. The warranty includes: local Australian service, covering fault diagnosis, replacement of defective parts, and labour. All warranty work is carried out by local technicians—no overseas return is required.

--- Is maintenance included during the warranty period?

Yes. The standard warranty includes: one (1) year of local maintenance and technical support, helping to ensure stable performance and minimise downtime.

--- Can I extend the warranty beyond one year?

Yes. Extended warranty and maintenance plans are available on an annual, paid basis. Each extension adds an additional 12 months of local warranty and support.

--- How is the extended warranty cost calculated?

Extended warranty fees are calculated per year**, based on factors such as screen size, indoor or outdoor installation, operating environment, and system configuration.

--- What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper operation, power surges, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Installation Credentials & Compliance (Australia / NSW)


Sunlight Digital delivers LED display and digital signage installations across Sydney and Australia with a strong focus on site compliance, safety, and workmanship. Where a project scope requires licensed trade works or regulated activities, we engage and coordinate appropriately licensed and qualified Australian contractors to ensure all works are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and Australian Standards.

Licensed Trade & Site Access

Electrical Works by Licensed Electricians All electrical connections, power supply, and related electrical works are performed by licensed electricians in Australia, as required.

Construction Site Induction (White Card)

Personnel attending construction or commercial sites hold the required general construction induction credentials.

Working at Heights (where applicable)

For elevated or façade installations, technicians/contractors hold relevant working-at-heights competencies and follow approved procedures.

Safety Documentation & WHS

Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) SWMS are prepared where required, addressing key risks such as electrical work, access equipment, lifting, and installation activities.

Site-Specific Risk Assessments

Risk assessments are conducted to meet site rules, principal contractor requirements, and venue policies. WHS Compliance Works are delivered in line with NSW Work Health and Safety obligations and site safety requirements.

Insurance & Risk Management

Public Liability Insurance appropriate to commercial installation works Workers Compensation Insurance for installation personnel/contractors as required

Product Liability Insurance (where applicable)

Standards, Quality & Handover Installations are completed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and project documentation.

We provide professional commissioning and handover support, including operational guidance and local after-sales service options.
